Residence Inn By Marriott San Luis Obispo – A Favorite for Families in San Luis Obispo

Each suite at Residence Inn By Marriott San Luis Obispo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and full-size refrigerator. The rooms provide separate living, dining, and sleeping spaces, with a sofa bed in the studio and 1-bedroom configurations. These all-suite accommodations allow guests to prepare meals, store groceries, and maintain home routines during extended stays.

The hotel maintains a year-round outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end, swimming pool toys, and pool/beach towels. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are placed around the pool terrace, and a fence encloses the entire pool area. An outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and barbecue facilities with gas grills are available for guest use on the sun terrace.

The on-site restaurant serves American and Mediterranean cuisine for dinner, with a bar/lounge open until 10 PM for evening socializing. A buffet and American breakfast is offered daily, featuring warm dishes, fresh pastries, pancakes, and cage-free eggs. Guests can also arrange grocery deliveries through the hotel or use the minimarket on site for snack and supply purchases.

A business center with fax/photocopying services and meeting/banquet facilities supports corporate travelers and group events. The hotel provides 24-hour front desk service, express check-in/check-out, and luggage storage. Wheelchair-accessible rooms include grab rails, raised toilets, lower bathroom sinks, and emergency cords, with tactile signs and Braille visual aids throughout the property.

The property sits 5 km from San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport and 3.7 km from Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa.
